Job Description
- Assist in the implementation and customization of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management).
- Work closely with HR business users to gather and analyze requirements.
- Configure and test Oracle Fusion HCM applications to meet HR business needs.
- Provide end-user support and training.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
- Document HR business processes, configurations, and workflows.
- Participate in upgrade and enhancement projects.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
- Knowledge of HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
