Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead a team of Java Full Stack developers, guiding them through all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to design, development, and deployment.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring the team follows best practices, code standards, and effective problem-solving methodologies.
• Software Development: Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications using Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, React, Angular).
• Design & Architecture: Contribute to system architecture decisions and design solutions that are scalable, reusable, and maintainable.
• Agile Methodology: Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and other stakeholders to manage the development process in an Agile environment. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews.
• Code Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure that the teams work meets quality standards. Implement unit testing, integration testing, and ensure code quality through automated testing tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., designers, business analysts, QA engineers) to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify and resolve issues, bottlenecks, and performance problems in both front-end and back-end applications.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, proposing improvements in development practices, processes, and tools.
