POSITION : AM/DM TAXATION

LOCATION : DELHI HEAD OFFICE – MALVIYA NAGAR

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in Direct and Indirect Tax, Income & Corporate Tax, Tax Audit, Tax Credit.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Income Tax Returns of Individuals and Companies and Demand Correction

2. Drafting of Financial Statements such as Balance Sheets, Income statements, Cash flow statements and Statement of changes in equity

3. Tax Audit

4.Preparation of detailed reports on audit findings

5. Monthly TDS Returns

6.GST Returns- Monthly , Quarterly and Demand Correction

7.Valuation of Shares of Companies

8. Inspection, Net worth Certificates, Search Report and Due Diligence Report

9. ROC Annual Returns

Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-10 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of Taxation principles, practices, and standards (Majorly in Direct Tax).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
