Azure Data Engineer - SQL/PySpark (14-16 yrs)

We have an offshore (India) remote opportunity for a US-based client located in Massachusetts.

Job Title : Sr. Azure Data Engineer

Location : Remote (Offshore - India)

Key Responsibilities and Skills :

- Strong analytical skills in Data & SQL to resolve data issues and production tickets.

- Proficient coding skills in PySpark, with the ability to debug existing code in an Azure Synapse environment.

- In-depth Azure experience to understand the environment and troubleshoot any related issues.

- Knowledge and experience with DevOps practices to manage CI/CD migrations.

- Expert knowledge of SQL.

- Experience working with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Synapse environments.

- Azure certifications are mandatory.

Key Skills & Requirements :

- Proven experience with SQL and data analysis to troubleshoot data-related issues.

- Expertise in PySpark, with the ability to code and debug in an Azure Synapse environment.

- Strong experience working with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Synapse platforms.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD migration management.

- Azure certifications are mandatory.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote offshore setup
