Azure Data Engineer - Data Factory/Databricks (6-12 yrs)

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or cloud-based data management.

- Strong proficiency with Azure cloud services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Blob Storage.

- Expertise in SQL and other data query languages.

- Hands-on experience with ETL processes, data integration, and automation.

- Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data pipeline design.

- Experience with scripting languages like Python, SQL, or Scala.

- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, and related tools in the Azure ecosystem.

- Strong understanding of cloud-based security and compliance practices.

- Experience in version control systems like Git.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex data-related issues.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and AI tools in the Azure ecosystem.

- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.

- Experience in data governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
