Education Qualification : BE/ B.Tech/Diploma- Electrical / Electronics

JD:

6 + Years of Experience in Machine Shop Maintenance(CNC)Experience in handling Machine shop (Grinding/turning/ Machining center m/c) .

• Having good experience in Grinding machines, Turning centers, Machining centers (HMC/VMC), Induction Hardening, Gantry Maintenance

• Exposure in dealing with Fanuc, Siemens CNC/PLC control system for grinding, turning, milling, and Machining center.

• Expert in CNC & PLC maintenance, able to do the PLC, HMI programming

• Understanding of CNC parameters.

• Clear understanding of Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance and measuring parameters like MTBF, MTTR, and OEE and implementing the same.

• Familiar with Capturing Predictive data for various critical machines.

• Good vendor network for repairing PLC/CNC cards, drive, PCBs

• Familiar with Gantry maintenance.

• Experience with Induction hardening, heat treatment process

• Electrical drawing needs to understand and configuration of two software/hardware

• Good knowledge of Scale, encoder, Drives, Spindle drive, power supply drives etc
