Establish, maintain, and service IT accounts, covering territory to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, positive long-term relationships, and repeat business.

Be the single point of contact for client success to navigate the COE.
Work with the practice leads to create offerings for the client.
Make sure necessary resources are lined up for meetings, Incidents, presentations.
Understand Processes and procedures and protocals.
Design and present technology proposals.
Assist with resource allocation, demand management, capacity planning at the COE for the client.
Qualifications
Excellent: communication (English), management, facilitation, financial and analytical skills.
Strong Business Acumen.
5+ years in a technical role or PM.
Located in Chandigarh in the office.
Willing to do whatever it takes to achieve outcomes.
Technical proficiency is preferred. This individual should have a strong knowledge of the application and usage of technology but is not expected to have the knowledge of an engineer.
Detail and fact-oriented; results-focused.
An effective leader, mentor, and communicator. Preferably with an outgoing and engaging personality for client interactions.
Strong reading comprehension and writing skills are required to properly interpret and apply various standards for clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more in the following - Technical Account Manager - IT Account Manager - Sales Engineering - IT Consulting - IT Project Manager - IT Service Manager - Information Technology Manager - IT Manager.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cloud technology using platforms or infrastructure-as-a-service software.
A minimum of 5 years of technical services role, such as Project Manager, Solutions Engineering, or other roles which required the individual to have visibility and gain insight into the system life cycle and support processes.
Education
Bachelor s degree in a business or technology-related fields, such as Information Systems, Business Administration, etc. or equivalent practical experience.
