Oracle Fusion/SCM Lead (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud Lead (SCM) to join our team. As a lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions for our clients, specifically within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations :

- Provide expert guidance and oversight throughout the entire implementation process, ensuring successful delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions within the SCM domain.

Design and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud :

- Develop comprehensive solutions that address client-specific requirements, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, features, and configuration options.

Support pre-sales activities :

- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during pre-sales activities, helping to identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions.

Provide expert guidance :

- Offer valuable insights and recommendations to clients regarding best practices, capabilities, limitations, and potential workarounds for Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams :

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless project execution and successful solution delivery.

Support testing and deployment :

- Guide clients through system testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment phases, addressing any issues and ensuring a smooth transition.

Stay updated :

- Keep abreast of industry trends, Oracle Fusion Cloud updates, and emerging technologies to maintain your expertise and provide innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a lead in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, with a strong focus on SCM modules.

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, features, and configuration options.

- Strong understanding of business processes and practices, particularly in the context of global organizations.

- Ability to design and implement end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions that address client needs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in Oracle Fusion Cloud Experience in a consulting or professional services environment

- Knowledge of industry-specific best practices (e.g., manufacturing, retail, logistics)
