Junior Salesforce Developer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning, configuration, and customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing best practices, developing solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and migrating applications to Salesforce Lightning in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Lightning Development: Design and develop solutions within the Salesforce Lightning framework, utilizing best practices to enhance user experience and system performance.
• Salesforce Configuration & Customization: Perform customization tasks, including workflows, validation rules, approval processes, security models, and data models, to meet specific business requirements.
• Technical Design & Documentation: Work with functional teams to understand business needs and create detailed technical designs, including system architecture and configuration documentation.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify and resolve technical issues using strong debugging skills, ensuring minimal disruption to the business while maintaining system integrity.
• Salesforce Lightning Migration: Assist in the migration of applications from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal user impact.
• APEX & Visualforce Development: Write and maintain APEX classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages to support business logic and create custom user interfaces.
• Lightning Web Components (LWC): Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and integrate with Lightning Data Service.
• Agile Methodologies: Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing to efficient project execution and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills:

• Salesforce Lightning development and migration.
• Proficient in APEX, Visualforce, LWC, HTML, JavaScript.
• Experience in Salesforce configuration (workflows, approval processes).
• Understanding of Salesforce administration concepts.
• Familiarity with ALM and DevOps practices.

Additional Requirements:

Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) certification required.
