Summary:
As a Cloud Services Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Your typical day will involve acting as a liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations, communicating service delivery health to all stakeholders, and holding performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

- Experience in managing and monitoring Cloud infrastructure.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Cloud-related issues.

Additional Information:
