Job Description

Position Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the sales team in delivering an exceptional experience to homebuyers and investors.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients from the inquiry stage to post-sales.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, updates, and concerns.
  2. Post-Sales Support:
    • Assist clients with documentation, agreements, and payment schedules.
    • Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure timely processing of customer requests.
  3. CRM Systems Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM software.
    • Track customer interactions and ensure follow-ups are timely and efficient.
  4. Customer Communication:
    • Provide clients with updates on project status, timelines, and developments.
    • Communicate payment reminders and follow-ups effectively and professionally.
  5. Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Generate reports on customer feedback, payment schedules, and sales performance.
    • Analyze data to identify customer trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  6. Customer Experience Enhancement:
    • Organize site visits and assist in customer walkthroughs of the property.
    • Address and resolve customer grievances to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication with clients.
    • Work with project teams to address customer-specific requirements or modifications.
  8. Customer Retention:
    • Develop strategies to retain existing customers and encourage repeat business or referrals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service, CRM, or sales in the real estate industry Banking Sector
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and software .
  • Strong knowledge of real estate operations, including sales processes and customer lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a customer-first attitude.
