Job Description
We are looking for an experienced PHP Manager to oversee the back-end development and infrastructure of mobile applications. As the PHP Manager, you will lead a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and efficient server-side logic to support mobile applications. You will play a crucial role in managing project timelines, optimizing back-end performance, and collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration with mobile front-end components.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the back-end development of mobile applications using PHP, ensuring efficient and scalable systems
- Manage a team of PHP developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical support
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mobile app developers and designers, to ensure smooth integration of APIs and web services
- Optimize the performance, security, and scalability of the back-end infrastructure
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes
- Stay updated on the latest trends in PHP, mobile app development, and related technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with extensive experience in PHP development
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing mobile app development projects
- Strong expertise in PHP, MySQL, RESTful API development, and mobile backend optimization
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Experience with cloud services and backend integration with mobile applications is preferred
