Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute email and messaging campaigns from inception to completion, focusing on market trends to increase client responses and appointment bookings
Utilise Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns effectively for campaign management and tracking
Leverage LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoom Info for targeted campaign outreach and engagement
Use Zoom Info tool for advanced market and client insights to tailor campaigns
Work closely with the Sales Assistant to coordinate and align telesales and campaign strategies, ensuring consistent communication with prospects
Analyse campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement
Mandatory Requirements:
Proven experience in campaign management, particularly in IT services or related fields
Expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoom Info tool
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
