Chief Technology Officer (8-15 yrs)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology vision and execution.

As the CTO, you will define and drive the company's technical strategy, oversee product development, and build scalable and secure solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping our platform's future while working with a dynamic and fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the overall technology vision and roadmap.

- Develop backend code in the initial phase to build the platform.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team.

- Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable software solutions.

- Oversee product development and deployment on Google Cloud.

- Ensure platform security, reliability, and performance.

- Collaborate with product and design teams to enhance user experience.

- Manage and optimize the technology budget and resources.

- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

- Contribute to fundraising efforts and maintain strong investor relations.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud).

- Experience with Flutter for mobile application development (iOS and Android).

- Proven experience in building and scaling high-traffic web applications.

- Strong leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.-

- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a strong plus
