Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle litigations related to NPA management, including arbitration, legal compliance, recovery, Sarfaesi Act, local authority issues, and vetting of documents.
  
• Oversee the execution of summons issued by courts and ensure timely response from branches.
  
• Ensure effective legal management practices are followed across all branches to maintain regulatory compliance.
  
• Provide guidance on legal matters to internal stakeholders and resolve disputes through negotiation or litigation as necessary.
  
• Collaborate with external counsels to represent the company in court proceedings.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in banking law or a related field (LLB degree required).
  
• Strong understanding of laws governing NBFCs and financial institutions.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external parties.
  
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop strategic solutions.
