Sr. Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process to attract new clients.
• Identify & develop new market opportunities.
• Ability to make decisions about products, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Plan for new business environment scopes.
• Co-Ordination with Marketing/ Business Development Managers.
• Conduct weekly performance review and planning (PRP) for the team.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Conduct extensive online research, at all times understanding marketing and sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Good knowledge of B2B in the IT industry.

- Strong communication & Interpersonal Skills

- Able to build relationships, must have the ability to influence & manage conflicts.

- Must have negotiation & persuasion skills.

- Must be able to set goals, plan & manage projects, able to manage risk involved.

- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

- Research & strategic analysis skills.

- Ability to find and develop new markets and improve sales.

- Must have high competency working with Microsoft Office & CRM Software.

- Knowledge in Sales Management, Marketing, Strategic Management and Business Planning.
