HR Manager

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys business goals.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices.
• Support employee relations and resolve conflicts or issues as they arise.
• Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
• Design and implement training and professional development programs.
• Lead compensation and benefits administration.
• Oversee employee engagement initiatives and support a positive work environment.
• Maintain HR records and reports in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on all HR-related matters.
• Manage employee health and wellness programs, including benefits and support services.
