Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage client queries and concerns through phone calls, emails, or chats.
  
• Provide timely resolutions to clients' issues related to health insurance policies.
  
• Handle customer escalations in a professional manner to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues efficiently.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction over phone/email/chat.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data management and reporting purposes.

• Willing to travel (Own Bike )
