Role Overview:

As a Client Service Executive, you will maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth communication during event planning and execution. You will act as the main client contact, understand their needs, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Coordination:
• Act as the primary contact between clients and the agency.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content writing, media plans, content creation etc.) to execute designs and client requirements as per client briefs.
• Provide updates and reports on work progress.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and proactively address concerns.
• Manage escalations and ensure great client experience throughout the client journey.
• Research & Insights:
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
• Schedule meetings, calls, one-to-one sessions with clients or relevant stakeholders
• Create meeting minutes and share with the respective persons
• Problem Solving:
• Address and resolve challenges during work execution promptly.
• Keep clients informed and ensure great client experience throughout the client journey.

Requirements:

• Should have min 6 months to 2 year experience in a similar role in a marketing, advertising, or branding agency is preferred.
• Should be based in Pune.
• Strictly work from office profile

• Effective problem-solving and objection-handling abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and coordinate across teams.
• Comfortable with communication via phone, in person, and various channels.
• Works well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Team player with excellent customer service skills.
