Senior/Lead UI/UX Designer - SaaS Products (15-18 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Team Leadership : Mentor, guide, and support the UI/UX design team, ensuring professional growth and top-tier performance.

2. Strategic Vision : Establish the overarching design strategy and direction for the company's products and services.

3. Research & Insights : Drive design decisions using user research, analytics, and market trends.

4. Design Oversight : Supervise the creation and optimization of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with product managers, developers, and other departments to ensure alignment between design and business goals.

6. Feedback Management : Set up processes for regular feedback, review, and iterative design improvement.

7. Stay Updated : Keep updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

2. 8-10 years of experience in UI/UX design with 3-4 years in a team leadership or managerial role. Experience with building SaaS products is a must.

3. A robust portfolio showcasing a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.

4. Expertise in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and others.

5. Hands-on experience with user research methodologies and tools.

6. Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

7. A proactive approach to challenges with a knack for innovative solutions.
