About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of UX Design with 18+ years of experience to lead and transform the user experience across our digital platforms. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping the overall UX strategy, leading a diverse design team, and ensuring that user-centered design principles are integrated into every aspect of our product development process.

Your contributions will drive innovation, enhance user satisfaction, and foster a culture of design excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

UX Strategy and Leadership :

- Lead the creation and implementation of the overall UX strategy, aligning with the company's vision, business goals, and user needs.

- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of UX designers, researchers, and other design professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

- Advocate for a user-centered design process across cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, etc.) to ensure design consistency and quality.

Team Management and Development :

- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of UX talent to build a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive design team.

- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback, guiding team members in their professional growth.

- Manage team workflows and design resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of design assets and solutions.

Design Vision and Execution :

- Drive the vision for digital product experiences across all touchpoints, including web, mobile, and emerging platforms.

- Lead design initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring designs are aligned with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and user expectations.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create innovative and functional design solutions.

User Research and Insights :

- Champion user research methodologies such as user interviews, usability testing, and surveys to gather deep insights into user behavior and needs.

- Analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions and ensure that the user experience is continuously improved.

- Regularly present user research findings to stakeholders to drive design direction and product strategy.
