Your role will be to manage a defined large account portfolio of targets to drive opportunities, relationships across the firm.
You will work to develop your own network and relationships with the clients, understand their issues and, from that, develop solutions.
The role will also involve managing a portfolio of regionally/ nationally based Corporate targets to drive relationships, raise awareness of Clear's brand, create opportunities, oversee strategic proposals. As a presales engineer you work closely with the sales team before a deal is closed, usually in B2B technology sales.
You will be the customer s most trusted advisor because you have a deep understanding of your company s value proposition and your customer's pain points.
You will support the sales team all throughout the sales process and function as the technical resource for your team and the technical point of contact for your prospects.
Responsibilities includes in Pre-sales Engineer
Build a deep understanding of the ClearTax product suite and technology and develop engaging product presentations, prototypes, white papers etc for internal and external audiences.
Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, actively identifying and driving new customer opportunities that align with their business objectives.
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering functions, providing competitive intelligence and requirements to drive product enhancements
Lead seamless customer onboarding and integrations; provide support via calls, emails, and chats.
Engage in collaborative problem-solving and strategic discussions with sales teams to prepare for upcoming client meetings and during the initial days of the customer onboarding journey.

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology with 5+ years of experience.
Strong Technical acumen with ability to put together prototypes and demos. Preferred: Strong Scripting skills with any scripting languages (Python, Bash Shell etc)
Prior experience in working with Sales teams to acquire Enterprise and startup clients is must
Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with varied stakeholders and customers.
