Product Analyst

Create, iterate, and maintain dashboards for tracking key metrics and driving business or product recommendations Develop a deep understanding of the business/product and partner with business stakeholders/Product Managers to identify the key metrics to be analyzed and tracked for the problem Identify and present actionable insights and recommendations to the leadership using high-quality visualizations and concise messaging to influence the direction of the business or product Constantly monitoring and analyzing metrics identified, publish insights and anomalies along with hypothesis/RCA Understand business implications of area at hand and structure analysis accordingly Build customer facing dashboards within the product; understanding product metrics which could provide insights to the customer, writing logics and creating dashboards to represent the metrics Working with engineering/data platforms on designing, building and deploying data analysis systems for large datasets and fulfilling requirements for the identified metricsSkills we are looking for: 1-3 years of relevant experience in Analytics Proven Technical, Analytical and Quantitative skills Proficiency in Analytics visualization tools like SQL, Excel, AWS Quicksight, Tableau, Superset, LookerStudio Strong communication skills and comfortable in working with various functional teams Strong problem-solving skills; Flexibility to adapt to diverse problem areas Ability to work with ambiguity of problem statement Data-oriented with a strong grasp on excel/spreadsheets
