Requirements: Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO Have very strong technical SEO skills Experience in auditing on-page and off-page SEO factors to create effective SEO strategies Experience in using SEO tools including or equivalent to Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screaming Frog Ability to identify SEO problems, diagnose the root cause and devise effective intervention Ability to partner with Content Marketing team to develop content strategies for search opportunity, keyword analysis, and user intent Develop a comprehensive outreach strategy to obtain backlinks from high-ranking, authoritative websites in our niche Ability to analyse data to derive insight and actions to drive performance Analytically minded, experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Data Studio A positive attitude in high-pressure situations Be a great problem solver and is not afraid of challenges Skills Experience in B2C and website handling Experience in finance and business categories or websites Enthusiasm for SEO / online marketing Experience in other digital channels i.e. SEM and Social etc Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and be able to use basic formulas Basic knowledge of HTML - CSS, JavaScript, Structured Data
