Job Description:
As an SEO Specialist at MediaStroke, you will play a critical role in improving our clients organic search performance. You will be responsible for optimizing website content, conducting keyword research, analyzing web traffic, and implementing SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify SEO opportunities.
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and images, for search engines.
Perform technical SEO audits and recommend solutions for improving site structure and performance.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital channels.
Prepare regular reports on SEO performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and HTML/CSS.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
