Strategic Account Manager

• Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals with Fortune 500 CFOs and high-turnover Indian enterprises, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization
• Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts to increase revenue and enhance client satisfaction
• Strategic Client Relationship Management: Successfully manage and nurture strategic client relationships in a B2B environment, focusing on high-value accounts to achieve business targets

Key Experiences

• Proven track record in managing strategic client relationships, preferably in a B2B environment
• Experience in handling high-value accounts and achieving business targets
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, upsell additional products or services, and effectively close deals
• Experience in identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts
• Experience developing and executing account strategies to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
• Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client data to inform strategic decision-making
• Experience coordinating with internal project teams and senior managers to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
• Experience in understanding and addressing client needs and concerns proactively
• Proficiency in analyzing account performance data and key metrics to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
• Experience in developing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize account strategy
• Familiarity with the products or services offered by the company and the ability to understand and communicate how they align with client needs and objectives
• Experience collaborating with product teams to incorporate client feedback into product updates and new launches
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding business targets and driving revenue growth
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Key Requirements

• BCom in any specialization or any other UG degree
• An MBA degree in any specialization 3-5 years
• B2B solution selling experience
• Excellent communication skills
