Job Description
L1 Executives handle the first level of support, assisting customers with software-relatedissues and ensuring a positive user experience through effective communication andresolution.
Responsibilities (What youll be expected to do)
Provide first-line support via inbound calls and emails, troubleshooting issues to provide timely resolutions.
Engage with clients to understand and reproduce issues, including
reviewing screenshots and error logs.
Document customer interactions and resolution steps in the C
Collaborate with peers and escalate unresolved issues to L2 support for
further assistance.
Communicate solutions in simple, non-technical terms to enhance
customer understanding.
Identify recurring issues and suggest technological improvements to reduce
ticket volume.
Qualifications
Customer-first mindset with respect, empathy, and constructive
communication.
Eager to learn and adapt to changes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English Hindi).
Ability to translate customer problems into actionable inputs for Product and
Engineering teams.
Any graduate (Commerce background preferred).
Experience in SaaS technical support is a plus.
