This role involves designing and delivering training programs to enhance team skills, leading sessions for new hires and existing teams, and driving continuous improvement through innovative methods and performance tracking.
Responsibilities (What youll be expected to do)
Demonstrate deep expertise in product knowledge and effectively deliver training programs to ensure comprehension and skill development.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of product training needs for target groups through surveys and collaboration with team managers, focusing on enhancing service quality and driving process improvements.
Exhibit strong teamwork skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to all assigned responsibilities.
Lead New Hire Instructor-Led Trainings (ILT) and provide refresher sessions for existing teams as required.
Implement alternative training methods to address gaps in performance and drive continuous improvement.
Track, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of training activities and programs to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
Develop, organize, and maintain relevant training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with organizational
