Job Description
ClearTax is seeking an inside sales intern to join our team! As an inside sales intern, you will have the opportunity to develop and hone your effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills while working in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to pitch ClearTax solutions and services.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
4. Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
5. Assist in developing sales strategies and campaigns to meet sales targets and objectives.
6. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
7. Contribute to team projects and initiatives to drive overall sales success.
