About Clear
Vision - Clear is a 800 member global SaaS company well funded and selling Tax / Finance
automation Enterprise SaaS to 5000+ large customers across Asia, ME and the United
States. Our tech teams are based in India while sales / account management teams are
based locally and we work with the large Enterprises only. The company plans to IPO in the
next 3-5 years and become the largest Finance Automation SaaS company from India to the
world. We solve for any technology requirements in the finance functions (CFO office)
across invoice, payments, taxes and credit. Average deal size for our offerings in the Middle
east: 10-200k for individual product offerings
In the Middle East, we are profitably running with 50 member unit (of which 15 member sales
team based out of UAE, KSA and India) and onboarded 350+ large Enterprises and plan is
to continuously onboard more new enterprises and deepen presence with existing
customers to grow to $50 Mn business in the Gulf region in next 3-5 years.
Role Description
We are looking for a sales and business development professional who can build, facilitate
and drive new customer acquisition in the KSA/ region to support our global revenue goals.
The location will be Bangalore and will require frequent travel to Dubai and KSA.
Key roles and responsibilities
Own revenue KPI for the market; Develop and implement sales/ GTM strategy to
achieve sales targets
This is an individual contributor role
Work closely with internal stakeholders (business head, marketing, category
teams) to define and execute sales strategies, messaging, and ideas to drive
growth.
Have a deep understanding of features set, product roadmap, and market to
accurately address a customer s needs.
Manage end-to-end sales pipeline from prospecting to deals closure; Maintain
relationships and grow existing accounts
Collaborate with category team to develop right pitch books, sales/ partnerships
collaterals
Identify and onboard strategic partners to grow business; Maintain long-term
strategic relationships with such partners
Build in-depth knowledge of the customer s business priorities, challenges, and
overall market needs that can be translated into product offerings.
Hunting and bringing new clients.
Skill set
High-level technical aptitude to understand our products and how they serve
customer needs
Experience in managing revenue targets and delivering growth
Strong network/relationships and ability to build strategic relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to manage stakeholders
at CXO and mid senior level
Strong business acumen and problem solving skills
Ability to work in extremely high pace environment with cross-functional
collaboration
Ability to evaluate sound business opportunities, resolve conflicts, close deals and
meet/exceed revenue goals.
Qualifications
Graduation MBA is mandatory
5-8 years of experience in selling Tax technology solutions/ B2B enterprise
solutions in middle east region
