The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management specifically within the recruitment and HR solutions industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic planning abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement robust sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets within the recruitment sector.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities in HR solutions.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Sales Reporting: Generate detailed sales reports and forecasts, presenting insights and recommendations to management.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6 years of experience within the HR solutions industry with Team leading Exp.
• Proven success in developing sales strategies and achieving targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the designated areas as required
