If the answer is yes, ClearSource is looking for an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to join our dedicated IT team. You should be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing software solutions that drive our internal automation processes, particularly within internal workflows. This role requires deep expertise in cloud computing, AI/ML integration, Generative AI, DevOps methodologies, and front-end development.

What you will do as a Senior Software Engineer

• Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable applications using AWS Lambda.
• Design and manage DynamoDB databases to support high-performance applications.
• Manage and optimize SQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Work with Amazon Connect to enhance customer and employee interaction solutions.
• Leverage Amazon Bedrock for AI/ML-powered automation and intelligent decision-making.
• Utilize AWS Amplify to build and manage cloud-based applications with front-end and back-end integration.
• Implement and manage CI/CD workflows to ensure seamless deployment and software updates.
• Architect and optimize workflow automation pipelines for various business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and automate internal processes.
• Ensure software solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with industry s best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
• Implement and integrate Generative AI models for automation, predictive analytics, and enhanced user experiences.

• AWS Lambda for serverless computing.
• DynamoDB for NoSQL database management.
• SQL Database Management for structured data handling.
• Amazon Connect for cloud-based contact center integration.
• Amazon Bedrock for AI/ML and Generative AI implementation.
• AWS Amplify for full-stack application development.
• CI/CD for continuous integration and deployment.
• Workflow & Pipeline Automation to streamline business operations.
• AI, ML, and Generative AI implementation in software solutions.
• Internal Automation Processes, specifically related to internal workflows.
• Proficiency in front-end development using React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Responsive web design and experience with CSS frameworks like Tailwind or Bootstrap.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other AWS services (e.g., S3, API Gateway, IAM).
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, C++, or TypeScript.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with security is best practice in cloud environments.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Mocha.
• Experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Babel.
• Knowledge of component libraries like Material-UI or ShadCN.
• Experience in progressive web applications (PWAs) and optimizing front-end performance.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo Client for state management.

What ClearSource Needs from You

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML and Generative AI projects.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development, including front-end and AWS cloud technologies.
