Job Description
- Managing all aspects related to construction of PV solar projects till commissioning. Responsible for leading teams for the EPC aspects of projects across multiple sites
- Responsible for construction and commissioning of solar power plants across sites. Overall in charge of managing all projects adhering to target schedule, cost and performance
- Managing and leading multiple projects across the country particularly in Maharashtra and Karnataka
- Project Management of solar power plants including coordinating with Land, Design, Erection, Commissioning and Maintenance teams
- Managing and reviewing the progress of project sites including Technology Selection, Civil and mechanical structures, System Configuration, Electrical Connection, Distribution and Control Systems, Power Conditioning Systems for photovoltaic power plants
- Responsible for complete project management through the installation, testing and commissioning of the system
- Leading a team of site engineers and project managers to ensure timelines and quality adherence
- Ensuring that the project delivered on schedule with high quality and within the required cost
- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical)
- Around 16-20 years of experience in IPP (preferable) in solar management; experience of leading a team is mandatory
- Leadership, excellent Project Management and results-oriented skills
- Efficient oral and written communication skills and a can-do approach to work
- Strong problem-solving ability
