Job Description
- Acquiring land for the company in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Maharashtra, amongst others, to install solar and wind power plants
- Obtaining all necessary approvals
- Working with land aggregators, legal consultants and other relevant stakeholders for conducting due diligence on earmarked land
- Resolving all Right of Way (ROW) issues related to land and evacuation infrastructure
- Professional qualification Graduate
- 8-14 years of experience in land acquisition
- Self-starter; detail-oriented, meticulous, dependable and trustworthy
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Be willing to travel within India
