Job Title : Debt Syndication Manager - SME Debt

STRICTLY FOR CANDIDATES WITH SME, MID-CORPORATE BANKING BACKGROUND AND DEBT SYNDICATION EXPERIENCE.

Qualifications :

- CA or MBA with Private banking experience

- A Solution seeking mindset & clarity of communication

- Extremely good network of clientele across Pharma, Manufacturing, Renewable energy & related SME sectors

- Good network of Private and PSU Bankers, NBFC's at regional leadership and Credit functions.

Experience :

- A minimum of 5 yrs of Mid Corporate/Business banking experience with Private banks/NBFC's.

- Ideal candidates with potential to head the Debt Syndication Division for the city.

Ability to Execute Mandates of :

- Working Capital, Term loans

- Debt Refinancing/Takeover proposals

- Unsecured Debt

- NCD's

Job Role : Lead origination and Execution

- Ability to Execute Debt fundraise Deals - SME & Mid Corporate sectors

- Conventional needs, like working capital/Term loan requirements

- Debt Refinancing, Debt Takeover proposals

- Project finance requirements

- Offshore Debt/ECB's
