Manager - Debt Syndication - Financial Services Industry (5-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulation of Debt Syndication Strategy: Responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive the growth and profitability of the debt syndication business.

- Client Sourcing and Advisory: Identify potential clients with debt funding requirements, advise them on suitable financing structures that align with their business needs.

- Deal Structuring: Preparation of Credit Appraisal Notes, Information Memorandums, and other essential documentation required by lenders, investors, or stakeholders for successful deal closure.

- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Venture Capital Funds, Investors, and other key stakeholders to facilitate successful fund raising efforts.

- Industry Insight: Maintain an understanding of industry trends and the unique financing needs of various sectors to provide valuable advisory services.

- Stress Asset Resolution: Provide advisory support for the resolution of stressed assets, leveraging industry experience and market knowledge.

Qualification & Experience:

Educational Qualifications: CA or MBA (Finance).

Experience: At least 5-10+ years of experience in loan syndication, corporate structuring, or related fields in the financial services industry.

Experience in Deal Structuring: A proven track record of structuring debt deals, handling complex financial instruments, and closing transactions
