Senior Executive - System Audit

Role & Responsibilities -

1. Quality System Audit, Support and Promotion
2. QC Circles, Quality Month Celebrations, Quality Improvement Projects
3. Revision and updation of workstation practices inline with changes made / market demand.
4. Develop the roadmap for System implementation through PH & Q Head for bridge the gap and execution as per road map
5. Management score card monitoring and communication
6. Training coordination Technical & Soft skill
7. Process audit and surprise audit across group units.
8. Horizontal deployment (good practices across the units )
9. To get Customer scorecard for responsible customers, review with team and take up improvement plans. Distribution of customer related data as per plan.
10. Handle non conformity as per defined SOP.
1. Communication to responsible members on Non conformity observed and Document NC report.
2. Identification of NC material and taking containment action throughout the supply chain.
3. Coordination for RCA & CAPA.
4. Sharing and reviewing RCA & CAPA with customer and
5. Updating system requirements
11. Ensuring timely submission of reports.
1. Submission of monthly data and MIS
2. Report to HOD on the customer performance related indices.
3. Track the MOM for group on improvement activities.
12. Drive the improvement projects across groups
13. Track the benefits through different improvement projects.
14. Quality strategy development, deployment and effective utilization.

Knowledge and Skills Required -

- Manufacturing processes

- QMS, Quality tools & Problem solving techniques

- Continuous Improvement Lean Manufacturing Quality Circle, Problem Solving Tools / steps

Qualifications & Experience Required -

• B.E. (Printing Technology)/B.E. (Mechanical engineer) with about 5-7 years of experience in Printing Industry/Automotive industry in Quality vertical
• Applied Knowledge of Quality management systems, quality tools & techniques
