We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the Director for our hotel in Wakad. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Directors calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and communications.
• Assist in hotel operations, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
