About the Role:
- We are seeking a Head of Global Sales for our IT services business.
- In this high-impact role, you will be based at our Pune head office and report directly to the COO.
- You will play a pivotal role in driving Clarion's ambitious growth plans by acquiring new customers in global markets.
- You will lead, coach, and develop a world-class Inside Sales team and manage our Sales Partner channel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing Inside Sales team to acquire new customers in global markets.
- Drive lead generation and manage the sales closure process.
- Develop and retain top talent within the sales team.
- Lead and manage the Sales Partner Channel.
- Formulate and execute effective sales strategies.
- Ensure efficient utilization of CRM tools for end-to-end sales processes, tracking, and reporting.
- Explore new and innovative channels for generating sales leads.
What We Look For:
- Proven experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a Senior Sales or Sales Head role.
- Strong sales management skills, particularly in B2B and Inside Sales environments.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and talent development abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A quick learner who is adaptable and open to new ideas.
- Flexible, proactive, and willing to adapt to the evolving business environment
