BI Developer

Must-Have: Should have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with 2+ years of experience in the insurance domain and possess strong consulting skills. Experience to work with different stakeholders to identify data points in the insurance sales lifecycle and communicate the information through visualization. A typical work day will involve interacting with client stakeholders to understand and synthesize business requirements and convert them into reporting dashboards. Required to participate actively in brainstorming sessions for improvement opportunities and take it to completion Experience in insurance domain is mandatory. Role Responsibilities : Superior analytical and problem solving skills Should have a very data visualization background and experience working on reporting projects previously Should be able to work on a problem independently and prepare client ready deliverable with minimal or no supervision Ability to quickly understand relevant tools Good written and verbal communication skills for client interaction Should have hands on experience working with Tableau/Tableau Prep to create and refresh dashboards Ability to create new Tableau dashboards from the scratch and also make modifications to existing dashboards Should have some SQL experience to navigate through databases for data extraction and consolidation Demonstrated knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, database concepts and data management is preferred
