- Provide technical support and training to users on BI and reporting tools.
- Document processes, data models, and report specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in SQL, BI, and SAS technologies.
- Contribute to team projects and initiatives related to data and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new data and analytics tools.
- Support data governance and compliance initiatives.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience in writing complex SQL queries and scripts.
- Expertise in developing, deploying, and maintaining BI reports and dashboards.
- Demonstrated proficiency in SAS programming and analytics.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- Experience in performance tuning of databases and SQL queries.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices and principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
- Experience in training and supporting users on BI and reporting tools.
- Ability to document technical processes and specifications effectively.
- Continuous learning mindset to keep pace with evolving data technologies.
- Understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
