1. Business Development Manager - Education Sector
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic business opportunities with schools and coaching centres. This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, managing partnerships, and driving student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to generate new business leads.
• Build relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational organizations.
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Track and report on sales targets and performance metrics.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (Masters preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

2. Career Counselor - Education Sector
The Career Counselor will assist students and parents in making informed decisions regarding educational programs, courses, and career pathways. The role requires understanding individual aspirations and guiding students accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding educational and career goals.
• Conduct assessments to help students understand their strengths and interests.
• Provide guidance on college admission processes, courses, and test preparation.
• Organize and conduct information sessions for students and parents.
• Collaborate with faculty to provide holistic student support.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (Masters preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in career counseling or educational counseling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
