- Own, execute and deliver significant features and initiatives with cross-team collaboration.

- Lead strategic quality, consistency and scalability renaissance initiatives within the organization.
- You have 10+ years of proven experience in leading and architecting software engineering solutions.
- Should have experience with SaaS and Cloud technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, GoLang, Python, Terraform, and AWS technologies
- Have experience with data plane and web application technologies including Rust, GO, Python
- Working knowledge of testing methodologies, monitoring, observability tools, and techniques
- Knowledge of Networking, L3/L4, TCP/IP is a plus
- Experience building packages for CI/CD pipelines.
- An experienced technical leader who has led a team responsible for the development and operations of security services in the SIG, SSE, and SASE space.
- You are excited about developing and operating high-quality cloud-native solutions.
- You make communication and collaboration a priority
- You Drive efforts to achieve/maintain compliance such as SOC2, FedRAMP, etc.

Cisco is not safe, any time layoff chances is there and because of this work environment is not good. everyone is in panic mode. Don't believe on Management or HR words. Cisco should not Hiring if the management not have the vision for next year. it is very difficult to get a job after layoff from Cisco.
