Job Description:

The Business Analyst acts as a business owner for the Global Platform Development Team and in-house applications, supporting the SBA to drive the application lifecycle and future developments.

The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, and design/user experience to drive continuous improvements. Additionally, the Business Analyst is also responsible for supporting the successful delivery of digital projects for the wider marketing platform.

The Business Analyst acts as a business owner for the Global Platform Development Team and in-house applications, supporting the SBA to drive the application lifecycle and future developments.

Education Qualification:

Must have completed engineering or degree.

Roles & Responsibilities:

At least 6+ yrs. relevant experience working as BA in Web Based Applications (especially marketing /eCommerce applications like B2B or B2C)
Exposure of working in project that involve Content Management System tools like AEM, WordPress, Fatwire and Product Information management tools like Spider, STIBO, exposure to Salesforce platform
Functional Testing experience (manual), and related documentation
and reporting
Awareness of collaboration tools Slack, Teams, Clickup, Miro, Figma

Ability to understand and interpret the needs of customers producing clear and detailed requirements documentation.
Deep experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
Proficient use of Excel for reporting, data cleaning and preparation skill (database querying, descriptive statistics)
Ability to plan and manage multiple projects / activities simultaneously.
Awareness of SQL/JQL, JavaScript, HTML and web technologies.
Experience in Digital Marketing industry and specifically B2B advantageous.
