Experience : 3 - 8 years

Location : Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata and Gurugram

Role Overview :

As a UFT Automation Engineer with a focus on Salesforce, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using UFT (Unified Functional Testing) to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications. You will work within an Agile environment, collaborating closely with clients and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Automation Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using UFT for Salesforce applications.

- Implement and maintain robust automation frameworks.

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Salesforce Testing :

- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing of Salesforce applications.

- Gain a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities and configurations.

- Identify and document defects, track them through resolution, and verify fixes.

Agile Collaboration :

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, and clients.

Testing Best Practices :

- Adhere to established testing best practices and standards.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Client Communication :

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and provide updates on testing progress.

- Clearly articulate technical issues and solutions.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 3-8 years of experience in software testing.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in UFT automation.

- 1-2 years of experience testing Salesforce applications.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

- Solid understanding of software testing best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Entrepreneurial spirit, and team first mentality.

- Desire for continual learning and growth.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce certifications.

- Experience with other automation tools.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
