Roles and Responsibilities

• Strong experience and understanding of OPT US Hiring.
• Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities, and networks, and a prior database of OPT candidates.
• Capable of getting students for any technology training.
• Strong communication & convincing skills.
• Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on - boarding.
• Should posses good knowledge on various technologies in the market.
• Need to have good knowledge on Tax - Terms and Visa types.
• Need to maintain good relationships with the team members and consultants.
• Address the consulting needs of a major client account.
• Maintaining good database of OPT candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate must have Team skills.
• Must be able to motivate and mentor team.
• Must be able to train the fresher as W2/OPT Recruiter.
• Candidate should posses strong communicating, convincing and commanding skills.
• Must be willing to work long- terms.
