Job Description
- Receive, ingest, and deliver digital assets into Cineverses proprietary technology system.
- Validate third-party data to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and manage incoming digital content, including metadata.
- Work with the operations team to ensure that all digital content is delivered on time.
- Distribute outbound materials to partners for digital content localization
- Working with existing scheduling and data entry systems, and assisting with migrating to new systems
- Collaborate with the technical/QC team to identify and solve any issues that may arise.
- Communicate with stakeholders effectively and professionally.
Specific Knowledge Abilities and Skills:
- Excellent written, verbal communication and proofreading skills in English.
- 2-4 years of experience working in a team that centers on ingesting materials or streaming media metadata
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) systems
- Experience with scheduling systems, like Amagi.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with changing deadlines
- Ability to problem solve, communicate and work well with others, both within and outside of the department
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends holidays
