Vistaprint is building a world-class finance organization and we are seeking a highly motivated and driven Financial Analyst II to join the Product Development Finance team, comprised of our Product and Engineering organizations. This role will support Vistaprint’s organizations through management reporting, financial planning, and the analysis of the results to understand key performance drivers and share insights with stakeholders. What you will do: ● Utilize advanced financial analysis skills, including materiality assessments, management accounting principles, and data modeling techniques to analyze large data sets and derive actionable insights. ● Provide financial support to the organizations leadership through variance analysis commentary on business initiatives, and detailed operational performance reporting. ● Support the month-end close process, including reviewing journal entries and working with the Accounting team to deliver accurate and timely financial analysis ● Assist in operational expense tracking, headcount planning, and reporting to help drive budgetary and resource decisions.. ● Contribute to the annual budgeting and mid-year forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial target ● Conduct ad hoc analyses and strategic projects as required by leadership. ● Become a subject matter expert in our financial reporting and planning software (OneStream enabling efficient and accurate data analysis and reporting. Your Qualification ● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field. ● Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a similar financial role. ● Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment ● Intellectual curiosity and the ability to drive independent progress on projects and initiatives ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated attention to detail ● Proven experience in process improvement and the ability to implement efficiency-enhancing solutions ● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and model complex data sets Why You’ll Love Working Here At Vistaprint, we put great importance into the wellbeing of our employees, which is why we offer perks that ensure a phenomenal work/life balance.
