Job Description: Social Media Executive (With Online Reputation Management Experience)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Executive with expertise in
Online Reputation Management (ORM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for
managing and growing our social media presence, while proactively monitoring,
analysing, and enhancing the brands online reputation. This role requires creativity,
excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of social media platforms
and ORM strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management:
o Develop, implement, and manage creative social media strategies to enhance brand presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
o Create/Posting engaging and visually appealing content, including posts, videos, and stories, aligned with the brands voice and goals.
o Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
o Analyze and report on performance metrics, providing insights to optimize campaigns.
• Online Reputation Management:
o Monitor online mentions, reviews, and brand sentiment across social media, review sites, forums, and other digital platforms.
o Respond promptly and professionally to customer reviews, queries, and concerns to build trust and maintain a positive brand image.
o Develop strategies to manage and mitigate negative feedback while promoting positive customer experiences.
o Collaborate with internal teams to address issues raised online and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Trend Analysis and Strategy:
o Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
o Identify and leverage opportunities to engage with target audiences through trending topics and relevant conversations.
o Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategy and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Community Engagement:
o Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and key stakeholders to grow the community and amplify brand reach.
o Encourage and manage user-generated content and collaborations to boost authenticity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in social media management and online reputation management.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and ORM software.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Ability to handle crisis situations with professionalism and composure.
• Experience in using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Alerts, or equivalent for monitoring and management.
