Employer Branding Specialist

Ciklum is looking for an Employer Branding Specialist to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:

You will play a key role in strengthening Ciklum s position as an employer of choice for top talent in India and attracting in-demand skills to fuel the growth of the firm.

Responsibilities

• Empower recruiting goals by increasing the candidate pipeline through marketing activities
• Improve the company s presence on job portals, thematic forums, etc
• Budget, manage, and execute in-person, hybrid, and virtual events
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all activities are consistently Ciklum-branded
• Execute internal marketing campaigns, covering all tactical aspects
• Enhance employee engagement by organizing internal company events
• Brief our in-house team on all event production, design, swag, content, and promotional efforts
• Negotiate terms and manage relationships with external vendors within the budget - from swag production to third-party event organisers
• Build meaningful relationships with the internal and external communities
• Evaluate success and prepare detailed reports on conducted activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, economics, journalism, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing
• The ability to engage and manage both internal stakeholders and external talent
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple, complex projects with a high attention to detail
• Strong English communication skills
